Welcome to Officiant Training USA! I am Mary Gehr, a licensed wedding officiant and the proud Founder of Coastal Pointe Weddings, serving the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida. I also established Wisconsin Wedding Officiants and Officiant Training USA, driven by my passion for empowering others in the art of officiating.

As a dedicated celebrant, I have the privilege of crafting unforgettable moments of love and commitment through wedding ceremonies and vow renewals. My journey as a wedding officiant began in 2001 when I was ordained as a Lay Minister in the marriage ministry at a Christian Non-Denominational Church in Southern California. Since then, I have had the honor of assisting countless couples as they navigate their pre-marital coursework, and I have officiated over 4,000 sacred and contemporary wedding ceremonies across various venues and destinations throughout the United States and around the globe.

I am proud to be a member of several esteemed organizations, including the International Wedding Officiant Association, the International World Christianship Association of Clergy, the American Association of Wedding Officiants, and the National Association of Christian Ministers. These affiliations not only keep me informed about ministry laws but also connect me with a global network of ordained leaders. My involvement in family and marriage ministry dates back to the early 1990s, and this rich experience has deeply shaped my approach to officiating.

In addition to my officiant duties, I am also an accomplished author, public speaker, and lead trainer. At Officiant Training USA, we provide specialized training for friends or family members you wish to invite to officiate your wedding ceremony. This unique service allows you to involve your loved ones in a meaningful way, ensuring a heartfelt and personal touch to your wedding.
